Founded in 1968 by Garry A. Pearson as a one-person tax litigation practice, the firm is now one of the areas largest firms with attorneys having diverse specialties who work together to provide clients with a broad range of legal services. The firm has the resources and experience to handle all facets of even the most complex litigation. The firm’s attorneys are all experienced trial attorneys, licensed in local, state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Housed in a historic building in downtown Grand Forks, with a growing branch in Grafton, N.D., the firm emphasizes a practical, professional approach to litigation and prides itself on establishing long-term relationships with clients, by ensuring that clients’ matters are resolved successfully, efficiently, and in a cost effective manner.
The firm offers not only a breadth of skill but also a depth of knowledge, with some of the attorneys serving as professors at the University of North Dakota Law School and others serving the community in elected positions.
