Linda E Bata
| In 1990, Linda Bata was admitted to the bar in both Minnesota and North Dakota. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in 1987 from Concordia College. She then obtained her J.D, with distinction from the University of North Dakota Law School in 1990 where she graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif and a Law Review Editor. Upon graduation, she served as a federal judicial law clerk. She is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the State Bar Association of North Dakota.
